Dr. Sivaraman Viswanathan

Dr. Sivaraman Viswanathan has been the head of the Optometry Department at Sankara Nethralaya since 2008 and has over two decades of clinical experience in various areas in eye care.

Viswanathan also is assistant professor at the Elite School of Optometry and has been involved in teaching at Elite School of Optometry since 2002. His current area of interest is myopia control and he is the chief optometrist at Myopia Clinic, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, India.
